Group Therapy #4 October 2, 2025

Improve your public speaking and media interview skills with Group Therapy — a free, supportive 45-minute Zoom session.

This is aimed at CEOs and senior leaders, individuals seeking a higher professional profile or campaigners who need to persude the powers that be. If your staff deal with the public, prospects or stakeholders this is for you.

Designed for public speakers and media spokespeople, Group Therapy offers a chance to ask questions, practice your delivery, and receive constructive feedback in a small group setting.

Led by Brett de Hoedt, a media trainer, presentation coach, emcee, speaker, and former journalist who has helped over 1,000 people become stronger communicators. Brett calls these sessions “group therapy” because they’re informal, participant-driven and focused on peer feedback rather than formal training.

Group Therapy takes place on the first Thursday of each month at 10:30 a.m. (Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Hobart time)

To join, register for the Hootville Lowdown newsletter and you’ll receive the Zoom link before the session. (Find the form below.)
