Group Therapy is a free monthly Zoom session designed to help people become more confident, effective and persuasive communicators.
Created for CEOs, senior leaders, sales professionals, fundraisers, sole traders and anyone developing a stronger public profile, the sessions are equally suited to people who simply want to feel more comfortable expressing themselves in high-pressure situations.
Each session brings together a small, diverse group to workshop ideas, explore techniques, practise communication skills and exchange useful, constructive feedback in a relaxed and supportive setting.
There is no fixed curriculum. Sessions are shaped by the people attending and the challenges they bring into the room, making every discussion practical, relevant and responsive. Unlike other free webinars, there is ZERO obligation, upselling, uncomfortable ice-breaking or rampant self-promotion by the host. Brett just likes discussing this stuff.
The program is led by presentation coach and media trainer Brett De Hoedt, whose clients have included Olympians, CEOs, celebrities, endless experts and politicians.
The purpose is simple: to help participants communicate with greater clarity, authority and confidence — and to be better prepared when important moments arrive.
